Whats the deal with ghost

hey i believe in ghost and i know mnay people do,
i think that you cant say there are no ghost and there is a god,
i beleive that ghost could be good (maybne angels) and bad (demons)
i have a fealingmany people feal a bit the same
i dont want to become a debate
just a discussionnof opions and why you believe wat you do

what do you base your belifs on?
most people base it on something (eg christians and the bible).
personally i don't belive in ghosts, but i do belive demons and angles, that could be interperyted as ghosts in some form, but only in a way that is totally based on what it says in the bible about angles comeing from heaven, and deamon comeing out of people in the new testament

I agree with Arneldos. I don't believe in "ghosts" per se, but I believe demons can come in the form of what people call "ghosts". Get what I'm saying?
I'm glad this just a discussion because I'm not to good at backing up my beliefs with evidence, since I'm so new in the faith.

Before I became a Christian, I used to by scared of ghosts and stuff, because I would end up scaring myself by studying them. I don't really know what I believe now, though. I believe that there are certain things we should stay away from, and that might be one bit of stuff that fits in that category. To me, it sort of fits in with witchcraft and stuff, since I was into that stuff before I met Christ. When I met the Lord and started reading the Bible, He took away the fear and eventually helped me to let go of that interest. God bless you!

erm ghosties,
wow erm what you mention appears to be something like what I used to believe, Iwas crazy then and I now know that I was searching for the truth. when I was 15 or 16 I made up my own belief system based on ghosts, angels and aliens. I believed these were the ruling things and that there were good ones and bad ones that lived amongst us!!. I think since finding God Ive never even looked back at the whole thing really.
so here goes,
angels could live amongst us. Perhaps a Ghost/spirit is someone who has not found there way to the next life therefore perhaps someone should try to aid them in that transition. either way I believe in them but I don't see them as anything to be really scared of!!

Biblically, the only thing that ghosts can be is demons (fallen angels) that are trying to distract people from God. But there is no need to worry because Jesus has given us authority over all demons (even Satan!).
