Those recipes look good. I guess I should do some more research since I already eat Paleo...no grains or dairy (unless raw). I saw the cheese crust and it was a no-go for me. I wish deciding what to eat was simpler. I went grocery shopping today and it took me four hours and three stores. Lately eating is discouraging me. It was so easy at home. I was spoiled living on an organic farm. I never gave food much of a thought. I have to be so careful to eat food high in natural potassium everyday...too bad potassium wasn't in a shaker like sea salt.

Worship leader Kent Henry had a conversation with our congregational leader this week. One of the elders asked me about him after service today.

He may be visiting us later this year.

Well, instead of my trader joes chicken tenders and fries.....

I had 2 packs of trader joe's oatmeal and a kefir shake with stuff I can't stomach to eat off a plate... like broccoli... that sounds more like a bacteria of the e coli family that causes sickness than an edible anything......

I was planning on buying a billion blenders.... but now I think Im going to buy 2 more beater mixers instead and that way I can blend my shakes every night and not have 5 blenders sitting in the sink..... instead it will only be 5 beater.... things sitting in the sink.

Healthy, cheap and convenient..... I just hope the mason jars I drink out of every day can take the abuse and wont chip..... I don't want to drink shards of glass..

Broccoli, eh? You are in good company with former Prez Bush sr. not liking it either; a point made by Bush jr at the memorial.

Before the Christmas break, it seemed like there would be three opportunities to get close to full time hours at work, and a promotion. Now it seems like none of this will happen. Not happy about this at all.
