@Somber @SarahsKnight and @Saucy @public hermit @Sif @ChocolateVanillaLion @Anthony2019 if you were here I would give you Ziploc bags of a peanut butter blossom cookie,2 nutty noodle cluster, 2 oatmeal no bake, 2 squares of Walnut fudge, chocolate caramel kettle chips that I just finished making and chocolate covered pretzels.
I will make another batch of nutty noodle clusters tomorrow morning. That is chow mein noodles, semi-sweet chocolate and butterscotch and peanuts before I start making my deliveries west of me.

Probably not the thread for this, but I don't understand why the Gospel of John is considered so different from the others. B/c there's unique events? Big deal, all the Gospels have something that's not in the others. B/c no parables? Not really, there's still things like Jesus comparing himself to bread & water, etc. & it's not like he would've taught in just parables. There's still healings, the Passion, John the Baptist set-up, teachings, etc. B/c of the detail in it? So do Luke & Matthew.
I love John's gospel. It's my absolute favorite. I'm gonna deviate from the 'scholars' (biblical & pagan) & go ahead & say all of the Gospels are unique in their own way but have the similarities the essence is the same. However, that being said, if I was forced to say one is 'different' from the others, I'd say Mark.
If you give me some time to pick up the slack, so I am up to speed, I will be thrilled to accept the quest?

There were so many that didn't believe that I could make it through basic training that just gave me more fuel to prove them all wrong. It's amazing that I made it through since I couldn't do one push-up going in.
Yes, on more than one occasion. I pray someday that God will get the glory if it ever is written somewhere and publicized. In the meantime I pray that it encourages those around me to persevere while the duck (edit:I would say so. There's enough of a script for a good cute-underdog-gal-surprises-the-world-with-her-tenacity-when-the-going-gets-tough movie right there. ^-^
