Well I had a really horrible day today.. I decided I'm no longer ever having friendly conversations with that woman at work again. Only work related and I'll avoid having those conversations too as much as possible.

So what! He taught us to distinguish from meaningful remarks from those who matter and noise. It made us thick skinned and indifferent.

I have no control over anyone’s comments. I value feedback from those I love and respect. The rest doesn’t register. There’s too much jealousy and envy running amok to take it seriously.

This is similar to my parents. My mother cared somewhat yet less than the average person. She never even bothered to wear makeup or anything. My father care much less. He taught me that a Christian shouldn't care what the world thinks. While his words do not exactly align with how I am using them now, they still have left an impression on me.

How long does Tylenol usually last? I forgot when I took it, but i think it’s been at least 4 hours. My temperature is 98 right now

My parents didn’t instruct us through an overt Christian lens. They were believers but their lessons were practical. The message served me well. Especially in my work. People say the oddest things. If you take it personal you’ll be depressed.

Prescription strength is three times per day or every 4 hours. Over the counter times differ. Here’s the dosage chart.

After moving furniture around last night I woke with the realization I needed to switch everything. I forgot I selected larger pieces and didn’t have the wall space. If I sketched the plan I would have caught my mistake.

I had a mini spa today. The steamer was so relaxing. Add in a foot and back massage and I drifted off quickly. I feel refreshed. My hands are a little sore and they feel rough from the work. I need some paraffin. That will do the trick.

One of the upsides of sheltering in place is finding alternatives for little indulgences. Like the gym, salon, and so on. We purchased our own equipment and subscribe to streaming services. I just found a nice one for Pilates and I’m researching foot spas (the deep ones).

I’m making the most of it and delighting in the things I can accomplish in spite of the shutdowns. I found some lovely slipcovers the other day. I’m doing an all white aesthetic. I love the way it brightens a room.

You can’t reason with obsession. Every gesture is viewed through that lens. She knows you’re not interested. A reasonable person would accept that and carry on.

But unreasonable ones can’t. They develop addictions or love/hate towards the other party. There will be periods of normalcy but the obsession rears its head at some point.

Given your proximity denial is best. Access rewards poor behavior and doesn’t relay the inappropriateness of her actions. She may be nice to others but where you’re concerned she’s unstable. Subjecting yourself to unwanted advances and harassment isn’t wise.

Personal access should be discontinued.

Well, I'd say we got off lucky with this being like Contagion. After watching that movie in theaters back in 2011, I thought it was amusing that a pandemic like that started because a chef in Hong Kong didn't wash his hands. Now, I think hand-sanitizer will be something I will carry with me at all times, even after this pandemic is solved.

I really only know the traits of my own zodiac sign, being a Gemini (just like my good lady knight comrade @Multifavs , if I am remembering her birthday correctly ^-^ ), and the names of the others, but not the traits that the other signs represent. I did my chart years ago. I’m born in August but right on the cusp. 0 degrees. Supposedly, it means you have a lot of traits from the previous sign.
