I agree, but I think its a social problem more than anything.

Just like the "music" my coworkers listen to... it is completely useless garbage. No talent needed.

I miss the days of having no idea who Cardi B was or lil baby and drake.

I dont like the style of "music" but talent is undeniable. I can listen to singers of different genres and admit talent even if I dont like it.

I see no talent in LITERALLY talking over a beat (and in some cases not even in rhythm) Yet people buy this garbage.

I think it's a social issue with people wanting to be rich and famous but cant accept that's not where they are supposed to be. So they buy the stuff in Hope's it will be their non talented selves one day that people buy.

Like the sub for sub on youtube.

I've never seen such non talented people making millions without any skill what so ever.

But hey the world is only gonna get worse til its end.

I really ask for everyone's prayers today. For the past week or so an old temptation to do something ... unseemly for my knightly character has tormented me. I just need to make it a while longer and I will be almost completely free of its presence by leaving town, should I be so fortunate as to land this job back with Albemarle in Magnolia. It's becoming very difficult sometimes ... thankfully for just a few minutes at a time, but I have never known a temptation before this to give me mild nausea, so it's pretty bad.

Heat .... Heat sucks.

I only hope that nice old couple I drove to the bus station didn't have to wait too long. The reason I stopped for them on the side of the road in the first place was because they were seriously, noticeably exhausted from the heat. The poor woman was doubled over like she was having a heart attack (thank God that wasn't it). .... Just goes to show you, remember to thank God for the seemingly little things you have, like a car with air conditioning when its over 100 outside nearly every day for the last two months.

Please don't be so hard on yourself. Just because you wrap yourself in this knight persona doesn't mean you're not a sinner and don't screw up from time to time. Sometimes I feel like you expect sinless perfection from yourself, and that's not reasonable or fair.

thnx all for the prayers! all my dad's test came out negative for any concerning issues. He had a bad asthma attack, but got discharged today. Pls pray that it will be under control, the docs placed him on steroids, I'm not a big fan of it, because it has many side effects, pls pray that his asthma will settle down and he can be weaned off the steroids soon and won't need it. Tnx!

Sorry, you're right. I did not mean to convey that. It's just that this particular thing really affects me personally. Like, really goes against my personal standards - but I wouldn't judge anyone else for it. Really feels like two halves of my heart battling each other for control when it happens.

Ever have one of those days where every time you get one situation half way under control some new crisis pops up? So then you have about 15 half solved crisis on your hands at the end of a few hours? Sheesh. Today felt like an entire week in itself

I reckon I have an hour left in unction. Who knows..
God did put a message on my heart to deliver to the crowd outside the community kitchen sooner or later. It's an audience participation where I illustrate the point by offering a dollar to 4 or 5 volunteers and whispering something to the first and letting them go down the line by trying to recite the original saying to each one afterward. Invariably the original quote will be twisted and narled beyond recognition by the time it gets to the last person; perfectly illustrating the message I intend to bring contrasted with the Word of God who never changes. Hebrews 1:1-2 or so will be the text. I should be recording the event. I shall be posting it here after editing.
