My ideation is getting worse. I'm afraid of telling my therapists because they are already on the verge of putting me back inside. This will just push them over that edge. I know I probably need some sort of help but I can't go in again. I feel so hopeless and alone.

There's nothing new under the sun. Civil unrest has been going on sense the days of Sumeria, we're just more aware of it now. If you step away from the news and just look at the facts, you'll see that as a whole, the world is becoming more peaceful, prosperous, and a better place for everyone.

I think I might've misread the number or got my sources confused. I found a reliable source saying 400 Isis fighters were sent throughout Europe via refugees, but Isis itself is claiming that number is near 5,000.

At least 400 Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) fighters have been trained and sent to Europe to carry out attacks like the ones in Paris and Brussels, according to an Associated Press report Wednesday.

Yes, I know crime has been on a downward trend over the past few decades, but we've seen sudden upticks in the past few years. Crime was up over 6% in the first part of 2015 alone. I'm still trying to piece together the data and some of the graphs, as most only go to 2010 or 2012, but a lot of the ones that go up to 2016 show a very sharp turn upward from 2015-2016.

This graph shows an increase in homicides in D.C., but attributes it to marijuana legalization.

A good article from the NYT talking about murder rates increasing dramatically from 2015 through 2016.

I often automatically put in a false birthday as an old internet habit when I was a teen. I put in the right birthday here though.
