If there ever were an award for awkward moments, you'd be the winner.![]()
WOW.........I think you have just won the most awkward moment award! That is almost the most awkward/embarrassing thing I have ever heard.
They do indeed.
Speaking of cats, I lost my oldest kitty today. He died peacefully. I had him for 16 years.
As my mystery illness progresses, I'm finding that I can't even walk around the house without the symptoms for very long. Right now I feel weak, nauseous and dizzy and I'm just thinking, "Darn it, God, just kill me now."
So sorry you lost your kitty. They do indeed.

Yeahhhh.... But don't worry, cause my mom tells me I'm special on the inside...
I am so sorry, Wayholka! I'll continue to pray for you.
I hope they find out what is wrong and can deal with it quickly and effectively.
Sorry to hear that. At least it lived a long life with a very peaceful death. I've had several cats get eaten by coyotes, hit by cars, die of painful health problems so you can take comfort in knowing that your cat enjoyed a full and (hopefully) happy life.
So sorry you lost your kitty.Pets are like family and it's painful when they die.
Thanks, guys.I am sorry to hear that, Lioness. Sixteen years is quite a while for sharing a bond with a pet. I hope you will make your peace with it, soon.![]()

I just read this articled on Cracked written by a WellsFargo employee coming forward to tell it how it really was being one of the employees at that bank, and sure enough, as I thought, it's really The Corporate Man who is to blame for the whole scandal with creating so many fake accounts to reach their sales goals, not the poor wage workers who were forced to choose between this unethical behavior and being chastised or terminated.
... Why on Earth do I entrust my finances to this crooked business? The ones who run this bank from the shadows could scarcely be more evil after hearing this story.
Is the friendly and pretty girl I usually associate with whenever I have business in that bank really worth it?
(What if she is one of "them"?)
start burying your money in a treasure chest outside,
As my mystery illness progresses, I'm finding that I can't even walk around the house without the symptoms for very long. Right now I feel weak, nauseous and dizzy and I'm just thinking, "Darn it, God, just kill me now."
I also got another text from my friend, Luc, who suffers from moderate functioning autism. This is the third text this month asking how I'm doing and if I'm feeling any better. He really misses me and hopes I get better so we can start hanging out again. It touches my heart.
Luc is the most Christ-like person I know. He never intentionally harms anyone (thought he does say some embarrassing things at inappropriate times), is absolutely incapable of violence as he always keeps his hands to himself, extremely loyal and friendly, very calm literally 99% of the time I've known him, never judges and prefers to be friends with everyone instead. He does his best to love which is light-years far more than I can say for myself. In Heaven, I'm expecting Luc to outrank me. In fact, I'm demanding it.
It's such a shame I may not be able to go to the movies with him in the coming weeks. Though I may not always appreciate it, it really helps that Luc gets me out of the house and provide some companionship every week.
Thanks, guys.
He definitely lived a happy life. I had him since I was 11, so we kind of grew up together.![]()
