Dang. Yeah, that is true. I was driving to school one morning and spun over a patch of ice.

Yeah black ice is the worst. You cannot see it coming until it's too late. I'm surprised I haven't rear ended a car yet. I've come, very, very, very, very close many times before though, lol.

I only was involved in once snow related accident. I was pulling up in my driveway when some idiot who was speeding slammed into the side of my car, lol. I mean.. out of all the times I should have been in an accident I get a huge dint in perhaps the safest place to drive. Lol.

Rear ending? Yeah I guess, lol. The dint is still there.

As far as black ice, my best advice is to give yourself plenty of room to slowly break before any stop. So even if you hit ice you do not have to slam on your breaks and you still have some semblance of control.

With car, it's to not overreact and turn the wheel too much. I think most often people crash their car because of their reaction to the slide, not so much because of the slide itself.
