CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I plan on going to work. Sometimes on halloween I will read a book or watch a movie. One year I was reading the inferno for a class and decided it reminded me of Labyrinth so I watched that too.Good morningAnyone have any Halloween plans? It's coming upon us fast!

If I go anywhere I will probably knock on strange peoples door just so I can get a piece of candy for my drive to wherever Im going.

The text looks normal for me. But im on a mobile version so I guess everything looks normal here. I'm not sure text formatting even shows up though. I like being able to make text bolded, italicized, or a different color. Though I don't do it often, I like having that ability.

why don't i get notifications anymore when people comment on threads i'm watching?
I find that I don't get notifications if I don't reply to a thread for a while. But I don't know, the site's features baffle me. lol
