I can't complain. Been through a lot since I left in January-- probably the hardest time of life so far, but God was with me, and He's showed me miracles.

At least it's not been boring - that's what you've got to keep reminding yourself. It doesn't matter what happens to me, just so long as I'm not bored. I HATE being bored. It's just so, well, boring.

It's amazing what the human body can adapt to. VERY rarely do I get tired now. I wake up at three every morning, and I won't even begin thinking about sleep until about eleven.

I think it really, really sucks that I have such a hard time branching out from small talk to deeper, more substantial, conversation (it's like having to subsist on celery and carrot sticks when you're craving a steak), and sucks even more that fear of rejection is half of why I haven't gotten very far with that.
Social anxiety is like having someone put their hands over your ears in one social setting or another, and whisper all kinds of not-so-sweet little nothings to you.
Back to dwelling on my shortcomings.

Well, I wish you luck with that. I used to keep everything to myself and didn't talk to many people.

I was so bad in fact that I was forced to see several psychiatrists.... people put it in my parents heads that "being so anti social was a sign of mass depression." They didn't think about the fact that I didn't speak to anyone cause I had nothing to say to any of the people that were around me cause I was surrounded by morons.

Now I just don't care. It gets easier the more you do it..... just focus on your first steps and before you know it you look back and made a ton of progress.

As far as rejection.... just remember. If everyone loves you...... you're doing it wrong.

If someone hates you..... it means they give you power over them. You have the ability to make or break their day by simply being there. Smile at them and say thank you.... it REALLY ticks them off.(Which getting under their skin gives you even MORE power over them)

OMM: Jaguars this weekend..... I wanna go back to the offseason when I was excited about this season. If we don't beat the Jags Im done wasting my time for the rest of the season.

Too bad the new Jesse Stone isn't going to be on at the same time as the Texans game...... I would be able to watch the show early and not even be torn about missing the Texans.
