I heard about that! I was watching Sky news yesterday and they were talking about the epic winter y'all are suppose to get this year. Do y'all not get snow normally?

Last winter was the first snow we got in my area for 3 years.

So yes, I hope this is the year! It could do billions in damage for all I care. I just want decent camping weather!

Well feel free to have most of our snow. I like a good snow but when it falls almost every day, like the last couple of years, it gets a bit overwhelming.

El Nino for North America and it's supposed to the the strongest one ever. That means cold and wet/white winter for Texas. I can't wait until the mini ice age Earth is supposed to go into in the 2030s.

Igh, angry bull is angry. I need a new job. Either I'm bout to get fired cause people on the job site have a huge problem with me. We had this same problem last year and this lady hated us. Looks like it's more of the same.

I got kicked off the job site for running my mouth at the lady that started giving me attitude. You give me unneeded attitude I WILL get in your face. I don't care who you are, do not talk down to me like I'm not doing my job.

10 years I've worked for this company and have only had one other 8nncident. Yet this is me. Haha...... If only I drove to this job site I could be at home instead of hanging out in a chik FIL a.

You're a bull - she's just some silly old heifer. Nature has primed you to dominate. Find a new job, square things off with her, then hand in your notice. Life's too short to waste your valuable time working on someone else's dream, whilst getting nothing back.

Thanks guys. The problem is that she isn't a coworker or a boss. The problem is today we have a fill in boss and she is letting the job site people walk all over her (my substitute boss).

These people at the site are giving us problems and she is taking it.... which is why I had to get into it with the lady in the first place. IF my real boss were here they wouldn't be getting away with the stuff that caused the problem in the first place.

I'm gonna be stranded even longer because they undid all my days work and have to do it again just because this woman doesn't like me. And again, the fill in boss is allowing it.

With my job, WE are they dictators at the job site. We are in charge. However, the fill in boss lady is letting these people have it the other way around.
