Depends on the tea, but yes there is caffeine in tea. I think black tea has the most and white has the least. Green being somewhere in the middle.
If I'm not mistaken, all tea (green, black, oolong, white) contains caffeine. Tisane is colloquially called tea, but doesn't necessarily contain caffeine unless it is a blend. I'm not sure if rooibos is classified as tea or not, and it doesn't contain caffeine.
However, I'm no expert.
The south isnt that bad, the bad parts are being somewhere with a lot of humidity. Texas is nice in certain places at night. Unfortunately Houston is NOT one of them. Night simply means darkness here which really isnt fair. Even deserts get cool at night.![]()
Nice and cool, but with that humidity, no thanks.
Midnight and 80 degrees? And "cooled down" to 90? Gosh. I wonder what that would be like.Last I saw... It was down to 65 degrees tonight.

North Carolina is beautiful but a lot of the roads I traveled today were a nightmare! When someone says "you can't get there from here." They aren't kidding!!
No, I actually live in KY most of the time. NC is a beautiful state and the locals are pretty friendly, so that made up for the stressful driving situation.Do you live in NC? I have visited my friends a few times there. I loved the state, but then again, I never had to drive. They drove me around. I do remember the traffic being ridiculously bad an a few occasions.
I'm not sure where that would be, even in Abilene (where West Texas begins), summer nights could still be hot. We didn't have the humidity, but it could still be 95 degrees at 9pm, but then again out there the hottest part of the day in summer is actually about 5/6pm and the sun doesn't set until 8:45. The trade off was we could still have some mornings in the low 70s or even upper 60s in July and August.
Yeah I could totally understand that. I can't remember the last time I've seen temps above 100 degrees, except when I went to Death Valley in California.![]()
