Well, its there if they ever do. Cranberry juice will clean you out if you ingest a large amount. I wouldn't advise it if you have to be somewhere. But that goes with any detox.

I've made it part of my normal routine lately. Do it Friday so Im better by Saturday. Drop some probiotics and fiber after.

Its just AWESOME getting older.

No. You may disagree with me, but there ARE times in life when the hammer of logic and common sense needs to flatten the nail of stupidity. Sometimes it's the best thing you can possibly do to help that person.

I don't necessarily disagree. Surely there are a couple of times when the hammer would be warranted. Still, maybe it's just me, but I sometimes worry that in reality I might not be on the side of the hammer after all, even if it strongly feels at the time that I am the one with the logic and sense.

I guess the shoe truck that comes to my work has some killer inserts that everybody likes, but I missed it when it came the other day. I didn't catch what brand they said they were, however...

Any time I have sore feet, I remember Die Hard..... fists with your toes people...... fists with your toes. *While I am currently rubbing feet over carpet and curling toes into carpet......... AHHHHH*

Also, soaking them in warm water and epsom salts is awesome too.

Im on my feet nonstop all day at work. Climbing, kneeling, standing..... so I got comfortable boots. (Not supposed to have boots, but IM wearing them so I decide. I do my job and do it well, so no one says anything. Same thing with my pants. The requirement is solid color pants and no jeans. I pushed the limit and wear solid color cargo pants...... they aren't jeans, but they are infinitely more comfortable than slacks. )

I have loopholed my way into wearing stuff Id wear any day of the week, outside my work shirt.

NEVER hold back if you have something to say. It doesn't matter if you're right or wrong, it's still your prerogative to speak up for yourself. This doesn't mean that you have to be an ass about it, but don't suffer fools gladly either.

I'm willing to die for some of my morals and ethics - so I'm certainly not afraid of getting on the wrong side of someone just to spare the animosity. I personally can't stand colouring between the lines, I'd rather not be here at all, than be forced to conform.

Although, with that said, blatant rudeness for the sake of being rude is just unacceptable. And sometimes you do just need to let things go for everyone else's sake.

Hey hey hey, no need to get mean. Id never watch Murder She Wrote. I suspect when I get to that point my neighbors will really hate me. I will be yelling "NORM!" at the top of my lungs as I watch Cheers.

Sadly, I suspect bad knee problems will not be superficial after a lifetime of working, football, bike riding, skateboarding, jumping from high places......... etc. I doubt any visit regarding my knees will be minor. I already have knee pain and walk with a limp on certain days due to an old football injury. Unless direct hand of God, this ole body will likely be ready to "retire" before God calls me home.

Yesterday was a whirlwind for me. I woke up to find out the second best news of my life, and started celebrating. This lead to about an hour of explanation to my cousin, followed by my parents' taking me out to lunch. This was followed by two hours of serious conversations about whether or not to get married anyway. After that emotional roller coaster, Charlie drove up to surprise me, and her, my siblings, cousin, and friends all went out to celebrate last night. However, before she got here I went to buy the ring that I already picked out, and in May flew to Chicago under the disguise of "looking for a place" (long story, but we're not moving there anymore) to ask her parents. That's how I made the decision to propose tonight.
