  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What's on your mind?

Hmm, but if I called her Jennie, then when I say 'Jennie is really beautiful' there will be confusion if I'm talking about Jennie the person, or Jennie the car, which could then create a jealous situation between both parties.

Hmm, it could have its advantage as well, because in reality both of them are - but would equality equal happiness? One may want to be called more beautiful then the other - which would result in woman vs machine.

It sounds like you have given this some thought. :mmh:

You called me beautiful. :bigeye: Lol

Maybe it isn't a good idea to give the car my name. I want all the compliments to myself. :ebil: :satisfied:

Been there before brother, trust me.

Its a loaded question.

Say you love the lady more than the car.... get called a liar. Say you love the car more cause it doesnt ask you who you love more...... you're a jerk. :puff:

I have found in situations like that, much the same as hearing "does this make my butt look big?"

Just......... play dead. Srsly.

The bad news.

Panthers lose.

The good news........ the outcome of the game doesn't change the fact that I have tacos. :D

It doesn't change the fact that I want tacos.

However, Peyton, you've had a great career. Now, it's #OsweilerTime :p

I turned it off and gave up on the Panthers.

Both teams looked like they wanted to give the other team the win.... however Cam IS a competent QB so I can no longer say PM can't win against a competent QB.

In all reality with as many mistakes as the Panthers made the score should have looked like the SB Seahawks Broncos game, only this time in the Broncos favor........ but, a win is a win and.....

He CAN win against a competent QB.....

..... I was wrong.

Traitor.

You DO realise now that ALL parts of our old team HAS seen and won the SB right?

All except AJ.

We had no QB. If we had had a QB in 2011 or 2012, we would have been to the Super Bowl, especially in 2011 when the Pats had one of the worst passing defenses in the league and we had a killer passing game, we would have been if Jacoby had no dropped that punt. In 2013, we went on a losing streak where Kubiak lost the lockerroom and couldn't get it back. The Broncos win tonight further show that we had all of the pieces back then except for a QB, which is what I was saying back then. It's not really any of their fault we didn't, that would be Rick Smith.

Besides, the Broncos are also my second favorite team.

OMM: Feeling very grateful and blessed. My dad and I watched last year's Superbowl in his hospital room... Today, we got to enjoy an epic meal, sat in the comfort of our own home, and watched our team eek out a close victory.

For the record, I STILL feel the same about this win.... it was NOT an impressive win. To this day his Bro still has a MUCH more impressive victory.

Neither team looked on point tonight...... but... as I said a win IS a win and Cam IS a competent QB so I can no longer say it.

I may forget, I have been saying it for a long time....... old habits.. but I try my best to be a man of my word. I wasn't impressed, but he DID win.

I know, but I can't cheer for ex parts of my team winning before my own team..... even David Carr has a ring. :|

Fair enough, there are some players I wouldn't even cheer for if they were on the Texans *cough*Brady*cough*.

It was an impressive win for the Defense :p

But in seriousness, you have to be impressed with Manning's heart- whereas Newton didn't show any. Toward the end, you can see he gave up. That last fumble, he didn't even try to get it. He backed out, refusing to fight for the ball, then sat on his knees and watched. He might have all the talent in the world, but no heart.

Eh, I was tired. So I went to bed :D
Besides, my stomach had no excuse to be hungry. I had a lot to eat prior to 7:00pm

I wouldn't mind having an Owlette while I play FFXIV :D
