CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

.... Well, movie's over now. Halloween 5 ends with our adorable little heroine still alive and free to grow up and live a normal life until the next film. ... I already know Halloween 6 sucks so no need to watch that as well, thus I think i'll call it a night here. May you all sleep well and dream more pleasant dreams that do not involve the Boogey Man.

I missed so much while gone.

I hope you feel better soon.I practiced on perfecting the art of making a spit bubble and getting pencils stuck in the ceiling. (Not really but it sounds more adventurous than what I actually did of cleaning the apt. and washing clothes.

haha I can't do some of those movies anymore, they are so predictable and the horror 'effect' isn't very scary. But, I'm not really 'into' the horror genre anymore, but Halloween is an exception.

I agree with you on horror films....... they bore me to tears for the most part. I can fall asleep watching them quite easily. Especially the older horror films.
Crazy "immortal" guy chases people around..... kills some people..... walks slow and intimidatingly after these people. The woman ALWAYS falls down and takes 30 minutes to get up after taking a slight nap after tripping..... then someone "kills" the immortal psychopath..... only for him to be revived in the 14th sequel.
Well....... I DID pass her a note at lunch.......... but it said "Maybe we should mess with them and say we are dating now".
Well, my apt now smells like..... "shooting star"....(a cheap scented candle I bought 6 of for the bathroom cause they were 3 bucks each instead of the 14-6 they normally go for.) .... Im not really sure what a shooting star smells like, but Im pretty sure it smells nothing like a cologne such as the name of this candle states......... but I guess they feel safe against claims of "false naming" cause.... anyone that has smelled a shooting star likely didnt live to tell the tale and met with a horrible end...... Id say its quite a well secured secret what a shooting star smells like.

You should have seen them back in the old days when the tagging system was still here. Every time WOYM would split, he would tag "Owlyisawesome!" and she would tag "Toroisawesome" every single time. It was really sweet.Ooh...so... you really do like her.
