It could be that they didn't reset the ECU so it's still throwing the old code. I'd suggest pulling the alternator fuse and disconnecting the battery for 30 mins (shouldn't even need that long, but it's easier to disconnect and simply watch a TV show then reconnect)
If it comes back on after that then it's a legit code. I'll check to see if your ECU throws codes at you or if you need a reader.

I was just gonna take it to an Auto Zone to have a free computer diagnostic (I like free) and then if it's the same code as before, I'll take it to my mechanic and be all 'hey...I thought you took care of this...'.
