Well, all the talk about drawing actually inspired me to start drawing something new. I spent about two hours on it today and got the sketch and about half the lineart done.

Hey, go for it. Samus and Pikachu aren't the only Nintendo mascots out there. ^-^

The overnight heavy rain was much needed, except that it woke me up at 4:30 and I couldn't get back to sleep. So I'm probably going to be a bit of a zombie this afternoon. This is one of the few times where not liking coffee is a detriment as I could do with the caffeine boost.

OMM: CF is being strange today, it logs me out and I have to log back in after every "action" (change the page, check my messages, reply to something, etc).
Also OMM: I will be so thankful to be finished painting (walls, ceilings, trim, etc.) for a little while. Thankfully I should be finished today or tomorrow at the latest.

-Spent two more hours on my drawing today. I finished the lineart and drew the main shading.

-Despite being Multinames on CF, I'm rarely called by any nickname in real life. But my brother has been calling me "The Sewing Girl" sometimes.

Apparently well over three hundred people were arrested by Houston police today in a huge bust on gang violence. Definitely something we need less of in the world, so thank God for that.

Love the drama that's brewing up with JF and Warski. Hopefully both of them fall into internet obscurity soon. JF goes on and on about "internet blood sports" but then blocks anyone who hurts his feelings. Then a few days ago he tried to turn everyone against Karen Straughen for apparently being a bad MRA.. even though he totally misinterpreted what she was saying.

Wake up today, end up in the hospital......... I know I wanted more days off than just a weekend



What does the appendix go for on the market today if you were wondering? Apparently two weeks off.

Hate to be without the paycheck for those two missed weeks...and to be stuck with the bill.... but.......it could have been worse.... at least I got it taken out before it ruptured.

Too bad I couldn't get a discount every time I made them laugh.......
