206 left to hit my goal, but I might not hit it. I'm also lifting weights and such, so I don't know how much muscle I'll put on. Just as long as the fat goes bye bye. My sister saw me on Easter and cried she was so happy!

The trick is pulling it off without my heart becoming offensive. I don't really care how it comes across to others.

For me at least, I didn't really gain much muscle when I was weight lifting and running a calorie deficit. It was well worth it to do the lifting, however, because it helped me to maintain my muscle mass while I was losing fat (and I believe that I did gain a little bit of muscle as well). Not to mention that its also good for your overall health, and just makes you feel better.

Wish I felt loved.

Been pretty much that way forever. As a kid I was psychologically tested and noted for not responding when I was held or hugged. Apparently even as a baby I was cold, lol.

As from my perspective.. I just never felt love or anything from hugs. Didn't make any sense to me.

Congrats yourself on your own progress! Yeah it takes awhile to build muscle, but it's always worth it, as lean muscle burns even more calories. I'm just wondering because this is a high-protein diet. I had to buy a few supplements because I was deficit in a few vitamins, like D, but now that I'm in the groove, my body is changing shape rapidly.

Awww, R. Lee Ermey (The guy who plays the drill sergeant in Full Metal Jacket) has died at age 74. That film came out 21 years ago, guess he was 43 at the time.

Sad thing about 80s and some 70s films.. they look pretty modern.. yet you don't realize how old some of these actors and actresses now are.

He also had a small role in Apocalypse Now! and Toy Story.

He was also one of the few actors under Stanley Kubrick who was allowed to write and improvise his own dialog.

Yeah it's awful. My apartment building smells like it pretty frequently so there won't be much difference when it's legalized when I'm home, but if you think about it now you won't even be able to have a nice summer stroll most places without smelling it. Kids will grow up smelling it, etc. I hate drugs.

the smell doesn't bother me, i just thought it was funny they thought candles would cover it ha...

Drugs are everywhere, from doctors to food. Even when people fuel natural drugs - like gym, facebook, power and controls... we are all riding on something

I don't like cauliflower because I don't think it tastes like much of anything. I just think it's a really, really boring vegetable.
