Although I do have to say.. most of the insults about people's looks I've seen on Reddit are pretty uncreative and uninspired. No one even seemed to coin the term "women manlet". either.. lol.

Everyone, I have been thinking for a bit today.

I think a lot of my posts lately have been rather condescending and sarcastic lately because of a few certain worldviews that just really get my goat personally. And I allowed my resentment of them to manifest, passive-aggressively at the very least. I should not have done that. It isn't worth it in the end, because in anything it just keeps tensions and negative vibes stirred up. Christ-like behavior is to be peaceable.

And on top of that, I like to think that that is not the kind of person most of you see me as. It is not the way of Sarah's Knight, and I have little doubt it that is not the way of Christ, either. Many people seem to view me as gentle, caring, for which I am grateful. So I should act more like it. I mean, it's one thing when you see my biting sarcasm over inanimate things like a stupid video game story or whatever like I go on about, but it's another when I am coming down on another, real human being and their feelings, even if I stand by my opposition of those feelings and views that a person holds.

I will try to straighten up, now, and focus on being more positive and encouraging. People here have complimented me as having such qualities before, so I need to act to start acting like it instead of letting them down. Please forgive me.

I just try to empathize with my fellow manlets, I mean I was 5'7 at 12 so I know what its like man.

The little "reddit" terms are funny.

Beta Billy is what they call beta males. Carol seems to be a woman who's 30+. Chad is the alpha 6ft plus male it seems.

I read a news story online today that the local ski hill had so much snow this past winter that its name would be changing from Big White to Massive White. I wasn't sure what to make of it, until I read to the end and found out it was an April Fool's Joke.

Sometimes I don't think I'm that short. Like when I'm out in public.. I make the mistake of sizing myself up with others starting with my eye level.. yet if you count the other half of the head.. I'm taller than I sometimes think. Especially when I view myself in a mirror in front of a crowd.

Like there was this one guy that looked average in height.. yet to my amazement we were like the same size. Still.. all those hopes are dashed when I find myself in line with mostly 6ft plus dudes and often many women. Lol.

My first ever university assignment and I got a B-

I am not sure how to interpret the result, whether good or bad. At least I have been able to get an idea of where I am and also realise what I could have done better for next time to improve.

It's better than a C+.

I know there are many gifted students who effortlessly got straight A's in high school and then later got more mediocre marks in university since they actually have to apply themselves in study and work ethic for probably the first time of their academic lives. For them, getting something lower than an A for the first time could be pretty traumatizing as it shatters the illusion of their intellectual invincibility.

Don't feel discouraged. It happens to the best of us and all you have to do is find more efficient ways to study the material and apply it in your assignments.

I just received a current picture of my kid sister from Honduras in the mail. She is in third grade now and seems to be doing quite well. I was like, this reminds me of when I was 8 years old and in third grade; I think that was the year I first started really becoming a troublesome kid in school. I had a smart remark for everything.
