I imagine you were just poking fun at yourself there, but it appears to me that you actually lead a pretty active life, Fire Girl. You raise three kids, right? And still seem to get out there and do other things on top of that, when the former alone is a full-time job.

Lol no I literally have no life due to studying. Like i need to pass biology to be able to get into University for OT. Though I still have my interview to get through.


Yeah I have 3 boys but they are all older now, they only want hugs, food and a small chat. Not in that order.


Yeah when you have kids, you aren't tied to the kitchen sink you know ha ha ha You're life ain't over, just depends I think on your network and stuff.

Plus I can't afford to go out anyway, I have to save for spending money for the music festival in Barcelona and then Tenerife.. but it will be worth it.

Anyway, my humour does poke fun at myself.... you can all poke away if you like

Drama on YouTube specifically the atheist/skeptic community is pretty interesting right now.

Amazing how much the landscape has changed.. conservativism being seen as cool and even edgy and anti-Semitism and racism on the rise. Makes sense though.. the collective IQ of atheists drops the larger the numbers get.. and the SJW alternative with their own racism and sexism problems is going to only inspire misdirected anger and viewpoints.

Remember there was this one atheist Youtuber who was making an argument that atheists should support the growth of Christianity or whatever because statistically it would result in more white babies being born.. I'm like what? What's going on.. I think he also said being a Catholic is edgy... lol.

Happening all over though.. the Internet is giving too many stupid people a platform to speak and gain an audience.. lol. Even more than traditional media has ever hoped to manage.

If it weren't for the internet doing that and allowing all sorts of weirdos to easily form an angry mob, society *probably* wouldn't be so politically correct and self obsessed as it is now.

I believe idiots and weirdos have always existed. Difference is the internet has now made them more well known and eventually more socially acceptable too.

WOYM? Hypocrites and rude CF members

I have tried to let it roll off my back, but it actually drives me crazy. People pointing their finger and being condescending towards people on this site. Calling them sinners, and then proceeding to being unnecessarily rude towards them. Or just acting as though they are an authority on the issue because they are high, mighty and aren't suffering with the same affliction. Often they are literally bathing in the same water whilst telling the other person how wretched they are.

Yes, I am being somewhat of a hypocrite myself by ranting rudely about these people. BUT maybe I can turn this into a positive.

When you feel less than, when you feel embarrassed, sinful and judged remember that often the other person sitting behind the screen is just as marked as you. They just aren't being as transparent.

We are all sinners and require saving. You. Me. And the high and mighty user who made a snippy comment towards you.

Yes, it's best to try to be kind and loving towards people...treat them like you'd want them to treat you, as Jesus said in the Bible. Who are we to judge? God is the true Judge.

If you want people to be nice to you, be nice to them. If you want people to respect you and your beliefs, respect them and their beliefs. If you want to feel welcomed and included, welcome others and include them.

OMM: Something I have learned since joining CF is that when you're unhappy or worried about something, instead of just sitting in your misery it's better to pray about it (though I still need to improve on this). And when you're happy or something good happens it's always a good idea to be thankful to the Lord!

Went to our new church today and they were talking about God love. At the start of the year God gave me a word of AGAPE, in regards, I will learn about how much he loves me..... I was blown away today.

Agreed, Ms. Multi. We are instructed to give God our burdens / fears, and He gives us His peace in return. No matter what we're facing, we can be in a state of peace and joy through faith in Christ, which can be as solid as a rock that doesn't budge.
