CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What I normally wear during the summer are baggy jeans, a black t-shirt, a jean jacket with patches of the Christian flag on the shoulders and military boots.
During the winter, I wear a winterized trench coat and a Russian fur hat instead of a jean jacket.

So, today I got a $150 refund check from Liberty University. It's been nearly 10 years since I went there. I have no idea what this check is for. Should I call them and find out or just cash it and be happy?

I love the dresses from the 1920's. I own a few "flapper girl" inspired dresses. They are modern, but have that look. I also found this vintage coat in an antique store and it's very stylish

People back then had class. Heck, looking at the mugshots from the 1920's show that even the thugs back then had class as well.

Unless I go out somewhere I pretty much only drink water, tea, and occasionally hot chocolate. I'm obviously happy with that, but sometimes, such as a hot day like today, it would be nice if there was more to drink in my fridge than just plain water.
