I had never heard of Systema until just now. I couldn't find much info about it, but it's interesting that it incorporates "psychological states."

Personally, I'm more of a karate/judo enthusiast, and I hope to find a good kendo dojo somewhere near my new residence.

karate and judo are cool...haha, yeah, systema is kinda rare. I have been on a long journey with martial arts. I recently made the switch from neijia quan to systema. going from karate to neijia was a huge difference for me, but going from neijia to systema was a whole new world. look up mikhail ryabko or Vladimir if you are interested.

Well good luck to you and Travelers. I have pretty much officially kicked my soda addiction.

Now my addiction seems to be tea........ I still hate making it, but meh.

Yes, tea still has caffeine in it and I do put sugar in it.. but even on a "bad" cup of tea Im only taking in half the amount of sugars than I would from a single can of Dr Pepper.


Even then, its the "real" thing and not the high fructose stuff.

I have lost anywhere from 12-14 pounds. (Depending on which part of fluctuation differences)

I had a dr pepper today and a coke yesterday.... but thats only cause I had to get groceries.... today I had to pick up milk and greek yogurt since I forgot it yesterday.

I HATE yogurt but greek yogurt is AWESOME in a shake.

All of the protein and good bacteria without the bad taste and feeling like I am sitting there eating out of a petri dish culture. (Yes, I know its GOOD bacteria..... but the concept is still gross)
