reminders of why I don't visit often.
4:30 in the morning and wide awake. I love and appreciate my job, but hoping to someday make it to day shift.
Wow I'm feeling soooo talkative. One thing I have noticed is to stay out of that "perfection" thing. I don't know where that voice comes from. I like having a clean home but I'm not gonna be damned if it's not! Whew that felt good to say! Maybe I'll eat some bbq ribs and throw the bones on the floor...okay no BUT it feels good to know that I could if I wanted to lol...yeah baby!
LOL. Oh, if I could give your post a love...!!"Maybe I'll eat some bbq ribs and throw the bones on the floor..." Heh. The perfection thing sucks--in the process of giving it up as well.

I don't know where that voice comes from but it's like the gestapo. I have to sometimes say STOP IT and then I look around and have to admit some cleaning does need to be done but I'm not gonna do it under duress especially since it's just me! I mean isn't it suppose to be a perk of singleness to be messy when you want? Well I want ALL my perks!
lol ... I never had that perfectionist thing going on. But friends that I've seen with it make me wonder how they enjoy life at all!
I suppose I have a different drive so maybe things balance out in a way that I don't recognize.

It's amazing how much of that stuff is pushed, maintained, and supported by "Christians".
I think that's why it was soooo amazing and freeing what Jesus said to Martha. He wasn't there to judge her but set her free.
