What's on your mind?

Two guys pop up from my past this week at like the same time. One of them I about fell out of my chair over. This one I spoke with for hours Friday night. The other met up with here for a drink.

Both still married.


Yeeeah.

"But we're seperated" they said, and I replied "and still married." I told them I don't do the shoulder leaning thing unless it's for the couple in general, and definitely not solely with the guy. I told them that every bit of their energy needs to be spent on trying to figure out their part in the marriage and that I would put each couple in prayer. Contact cut with both of them.

What's on my mind? Lots of things that all lead to one thing which make me feel... terrible. I pray that these feelings pass and I can feel like "normal" again.

Still, school! I have to finish this study guide before tomorrow so I can spend tomorrow night studying for it. So right now all that is in my mind are chromosomes! And also... my 15 minute break is almost over.

That's not all! I have for free verse poems to write and 2 Sonnets. This month shall be an intresting one.

When wearing something as minimal as black sweater dress, a patterned scarf takes center stage and adds a dose of interest while still performing other duties, like creating illusory vertical lines. I also love how changing the way in which I tie the scarf. It allows different aspects of the pattern to shine, and of course my personality. I love my scarf. It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of gray + blue + green color combinations. But also I naturally gravitate towards yellow-green hues. I do love color. It describes the mood I am in and how much my skin tone changes depending on what shade of green I wear in a day. I love rich palettes. And somehow I feel a need to take out my oils and mix ultramarine blu, and cobalt blue together with burnt sienna and yellow ochre. I love how a touch of yellow ochre can change another colors "behavior." Oh, and never ever use Ivory Black as is. Mixing ultramarine blu and burnt sienna can give you shades and shades of black, depending how much you use each amount of color, of course.



And Staples, can you please have a sale? 100% cotton, white, watermarked paper x 600 is expensive. I am only a preschool teacher, I like to go on a vacation this summer, and have a life, and not save to buy paper. Lots of paper.

What is on my mind lately is betrayal. Two-faced, lieing, back-stabbing, heartless, apathetic, dramatic "friends". The "friends" of mine that started telling people I was cheating on the girl of my dreams, and that I was also gay. The "friends" that ruined one of the best things to ever happen to me. The "friends" that talk smack about people behind their backs, and will even do it to their faces. The "friends" that dont care if you're depressed or suicidal, all because you didn't go to their party. The "friends" that you thought you could trust, hang out with, laugh with, have fun with, be happy with, make memories with. The "friends" that split up three couples in the course of a week, laughed about it and called it harmless fun.
The "friends" that you are surprised have any friends to begin with, by how they treat everyone else.

Now I only have one true friend and I can see he cares, but can't do anything about my pain and that's hurting him. It makes me want to distance myself from him. But that caused him and myself more pain than manageable. The friend I see once a week but will drop anything for.

Because he won't stab me in the back.

So, my instructor told me he saw me at church. And then he went off to say that he doesn't like our worship service. Although, I can agree that the guy does sometimes play the same songs every week, I think worship is worship. In other words, I'm sure God was happy to hear His childrens voices in the morning as we sang to Him. I mean really, who are we singing for? Us or our Heavenly Father?
