I'm thinking I don't know what I'm doing.

I am nervous...maybe even somewhat afraid of how apathetic I have become lately... towards almost everything in my life. Even towards the things I use to hold so dear to me. Now, I am just so nonchalant, even about the things that are important and that seem to be slipping right through my fingers. My 'pretend you don't care and then it won't hurt' philosophy is starting show some dangerous side effects. Lord, break this from me.


Also, I need to stop. Right now...before it gets out of hand....eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Holy crap this is so me! Time is flying by my, and I have a very 'meh' outlook on everything. Motivation is what we need!



Anyways.....on my mind....tonight I feel like writing some poetry or maybe update my blog which has been so neglected over the last few weeks...


Also, I am thinking about getting some more chocolate milk!

I am thinking about the many friends that I have who are with someone else or is engaged to be married in the future. I want to have a significant other and he's not here yet. Other then this, I am exited and worried about the future regarding graduate schools and wanting to go to Japan in the future...blah

I am thinking about the cute spring color nail polish I bought. I just painted my fingers and my toes so now as I am typing this I keep looking down at my fancy nails....

I'm thinking how much I want to go home and paint right now. Also, I've really lost a feel for writing essays. What's gonna happen when I go back to university in the summer?

Maybe I should become a therapist. If tonight is any indication, I'd be good at it. Though there's still that issue with being a therapist that stopped me from pursuing it before. What I really need is lots of money so that I can have my own book shop. Oh well.

Also, Bulbasaur is adorable. Maybe I shall save that Pokemon for a later avatar.

Several things;

1) I'm frustrated with myself for continually not giving my all in kicking these sinful habits
2) Praise be to God for giving me the strength to resist temptation
3) I am dreading going to work tomorrow, and I have no idea what to do.
4) I don't like how old habits die hard, and I need to remember how great God has made me, and not give into depressive thoughts.
5) "Old Habits Die Hard" needs to be the title of the next Die Hard flick.

- I'm psyched about seeing Yes in concert tonight! Chris Squire is one of the musicians who inspired me to play the bass.

- Spring has sprung, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the colorful foliage. I'll probably put new tires on my bicycle, and do some riding this weekend.

- My boss saw Prince last night. Apparently Prince played all the classics, and Chaka Khan was the opening act.

- Work is still kind of crazy, but but I've heard that "good news" is on the way. I'm not sure what the good news will be, and I'm trying to keep my expectations low, or at least realistic. My imagination is saying "Free iPhones for everybody on our team"... but that's not likely to happen.

- It's nice that there's somebody around here to talk shop with.

Facebook doesn't seem to want me to change my profile pic. I'm displeased. (turns out it will let me change it to any picture, except the lady in red one I have previously used)

And I would like it if all of the snow in Wisconsin would go away and not come back until November.

I would also like it if I could go on a date soon, with someone who is a great match for me. And have the date end in a sweet kiss, even just a cheek kiss.

While I am thinking of things I want, I want a cat named Henrietta. I want to get a leash for that cat and take her for walks. I wanted to do that with my cousin's cat, but there was no leash. He would have loved to go for a walk, I'm sure of it.

I just watched The People Speak and have these thoughts:

Viggo Mortensen is fantastic and so is David Strathairn.

Benjamin Bratt is a beautiful man. As is Michael Ealy, though I swoon over him more when I watch the video of Halo by Beyonce.

Oh, and P!nk. I had never heard that song before. Must go listen to it again now.
