What's on your mind?

I'm imagining myself dancing wildly (basically, nothing anyone else would define as dance ) and singing really loudly. Unfortunately, it's 12:30am, I live in an apartment building, and I'm not a horribly rude person (most of the time ), so I can't actually do what I really want to.

I really should be more tired. I'm more of a morning person than night owl.

I have the serious urge to cut my hair short and dye it an unusual color. I'm thinking this cut:

Of course I won't dye it an unusual color because that would be when someone would decide to interview me. And I look younger (and prettier, I think) with longer hair, so I probably won't cut it, either. I have the urge for creativity, but I'm blocked at every corner. Blast it!

I think you could get that cut and still look mature.

I also think it would be very pretty on you.

Japan. I'm watching the news. There was a 4 month old baby swept from her mothers arms by a wave during the storm. She was buried under wreckage for three days. Three days. A solider was walking by searching for bodies... heard a cry... found the baby still alive and rescued her. They found her father and she is now with her daddy. Thank you God for your miracles. I'm not sure how much more I can watch of this. I want to do something... anything.

I tried really hard and did a really good job on my makeup today... and then I took a nap and my makeup is all over my face but it was a really good nap so I'm not gonna fix my make up. I'm just gonna tell everybody about my awesome nap

As much as I like the Katie Holmes hair (and I really do), I think that with glasses, I'd end up looking like Edna Mode.

My mother will be having her surgery tomorrow. I'm a bit nervous for her. So that's really all that's on my mind at the moment. That and homework... and the smell of nail polish.

Glad I'm finally feeling a little bit better. Still got a little cough. Here soon NyQuil and off to dream land.

Hoping tomorrow and the next day goes good for my new friend. Looking forward to being around her for our second date Friday. Who'd think it? Me finding someone that keeps my interest. Seems I may be doing the same for her. *Shrugs shoulders with a smile*

Then going to write about thoughts in my head in my blog.

Got a busy day tomorrow at work tomorrow. Got a lot done today, even feeling crappy and being severely moody.

Hopefully I don't have to call off bowling because of this cold I've been fighting. My average is too high right now. Gotta treat it like a volcano and make the last day of the season the day it explodes, as long as it isn't 9 pin no tap.

Hoping my buddy's g/f's biopsy comes back with good news.

Why can't I quit this place?

I hate both of these concepts. ^ Self-censorship and the discipline to just leave here and never come back. Unfortunately, this is my "social life" these days. I fly in and I fly out, make a few comments and "talk" to people this way and then I'm onto life again. I hate the idea of censoring your own thoughts and ideas, your beliefs and all the in-betweens. But, you have to in a place like this. You'd think that alone would make us leave. This place is more addicting than caffeine though (I was going to put "crack" but figured that would be in poor taste.... SEE?????)


IJHTN: There are a LOT of I'm single... You're single... What's it like being single... Single Single Single threads here in Singles. It's just too much. Why do we need these kinds of reminders? The reminder's right on the top of the page.

I wasn't expecting that. A thread has never caused nightmares for me before. Interesting. And then I had the most bizarre nightmare that seems in no way connected to that thread. Crazy night in my head last night and early this morning, I guess.

I am so very tired.

And I love the smell of tag confessions in the morning. If only everyone would confess their tags to me in the crush thread as well. I think I would like the be a secret keeper of crushes as well, then if there's an unknown mutual crush, I could play matchmaker. How fun would that be?
