The marriage bed is undefiled (Hebrews 13:4).
A person should know what pleases God in their life. Sometimes it is a matter of knowing moderation and self-control which is a fruit of the Holy Spirit (Gal. 5:22,23). We are allowed grace from God to grow in, and He understands all about hormones and the physical body, having been a man and tempted in all things Himself. He sympathizes with our frame and condition (Hebrews 4:15).
I think we should focus on what is productive in God's will for our lives and grow in His grace towards that goal of having given our complete selves to Him as living sacrifices, and not giving place to the flesh. If we fail from time to time and cannot control ourselves, then we are not condemned, but have the blood of the lamb to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Ro 12:1 And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a living and holy sacrificethe kind he will accept. When you think of what he has done for you, is this too much to ask?
Ro 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Ro 8:8 Thats why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.
Ro 8:9 But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them are not Christians at all.)
Ro 13:14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
Ga 5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
Ga 5:24 And those who are Christs have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
The Bible warns us that in the last days, false prophets will come and teach gratification of the flesh to those that want their ears tickled (hearing what they want to hear).
2Peter 2:18 (NKJV) For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error.
19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage.
2Ti 4:3 (NLT) For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to right teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever they want to hear.
