I would not think very highly of that said religion that would mock or exploit the sins of the Christian faith. But, prayer would be an important part of this ordeal, as we are told to pray for our enemies (Luke 6:28).A question of truth, once again
Nice to meet a fellow moderate Christian, brother
A question of truth, once again
Nice to meet you. You might get a slightly different answer in the fundamentalist section, or just a general theology section. What religion do you feel like exploits the sins of Christianity?Hello Alex
i could have posted this at fundamentalist's. Truth isn't a monopoly issue. Do you think i would have different answers there ?
Nice to see you again, Alex. We already metNice to meet you
I gonna have a tryYou might get a slightly different answer in the fundamentalist section, or just a general theology section
This religion likely doesn't exist. How could such a religion have any consistency ?What religion do you feel like exploits the sins of Christianity?
Yeah, so you gave a hypothetical question. I do think that a religion exists that disrespects Christianity, it is the religion of self adoration (where one worships their own self, instead of God). It is the same worldly spirit that allowed and enabled the dark stuff to happen at the 2024 Olympics opening ceremony.Nice to see you again, Alex. We already met
I gonna have a try

May be ground for such a religion could be respectful. It could be as well another kind of justice, a lower one, imprisonning, as distinct of ours, all based on the faith and liberativeI do think that a religion exists that disrespects Christianity
It could be. I am not sure if there are any religions like this, but it does seem like the world has a lot of evil in it. Some atheists get a rise out of criticizing the Christian faith.May be such a religion wouldn't be disrespectful. It could be as well another kind of justice, a lower one, imprisoning, as distinct of ours, all based on the faith and liberating.
It could also be a justice, respectful of Christ, however not of christianismIt could be
I think my calling it a religion was wrong. It could just pretend to be a lower justiceI am not sure if there are any religions like this
Yeah, their criticism is grounded on frustration with extreme fundamentalists who push their version of Christianity onto others. It could also be a justice, respectful of Christ, however not of christianism

i don't know many atheists. May be their criticism is grounded on frustration ?
Great to know you a little more. Hi, AlexYeah, their criticism is grounded on frustration with extreme fundamentalists who push their version of Christianity onto others.
Who knows, cos I am not a theologian.
Thank you. Hello, Peter.Great to know you a little more. Hi, Alex
What are your thoughts on what is going on in France currently?
Yeah, the opening ceremony was a little demonic. If you mean Olympics, i didn't participate in popular fervor surrounding them, likely for i'm too little of a sportsman.
I think the pope that represent God on Earth should keep a little distance with this feverous enthusiasm, for i'm not sure it's a christian one. Nothing comparable with the joy of apostles beaten for the faith.
And, aren't these fevers like derivatives to forget and flee reality
If you mean politics, i think it's uneasy to govern today, sense in everything is what we lack most, likely for we are heir of a long period of abundance, that disconnected us from reality. The easy use of petrol didn't help us to keep our minds connected with reality. You see, i'm pretty environmentalist, and worry about nature
I heard people's controversive reactions about it, but didn't see the ceremonythe opening ceremony was a little demonic
I did not see the ceremony either, so we are both protected by God.I heard people's controversive reactions about it, but didn't see the ceremony
I often keep distance with hysterias, mediatic or not. Thanks to GodI did not see the ceremony either, so we are both protected by God.
I'm not sure you require my watching the scene ? It would be my first glance..This is my post about the Olympic ceremony
Alright, here is the quote:I often keep distance with hysterias, mediatic or not. Thanks to God

As for the thread, sorry it was closed,
and sorry too,
for i don't intend to read it but extracts, if you tell me what extracts you think relevant for me to read
I assume they'll soon call the la la (or care bear) land a wicked landBarron said the blasphemous act was emblematic of a 'deeply secularist postmodern society' that identifies Christianity as its enemy.
I have heard about the Care Bear show (classic 1980s show). It does not seem to be wicked, as the show was made 40 years ago. What are you trying to say?I assume they'll soon call the la la (or care bear) land a wicked land
