NPR is reporting that his speach wil entail a list of nations who back the extraction and destruction of Sadam's WMD's.
Oddly, NPR analysts suspect that Mr. President is not intending to throw Sadam's regime out (due to public opposition) but wrather just to dismantle his weapons' infrastructure.
I guess that's the cost of losing the war.

So how many people watched the speech?
I found it interesting, although was unconvinced by it. But I suppose the target audience is Americans, not anyone else, so it was not designed to convince me.
