I've noticed a couple people mentioning the cheese paska. Does anyone know where I can get a mold? I'd like to try making it, especially as I may be home for Pascha for the first time in many years and I'd love to try making this for the family.

I'm bound and determined to put BLTs with cheese in the basket this year. I will also have eggs and Greek Easter bread. Also, I might put in cider and perhaps even bourbon. I've got some Woodford Reserve bottled for the Derby this year- and it would be a shame not to share it.

I have used a ceramic flower pot in the past, and then you decorate it with citron (the candied fruit used for fruitcake). I also, now, own this mold, which is easy to use and not extravagantly priced. You can find any of a number of other molds by Googling "pascha mold".
