Correct, glad you finally got that straight. The Bible is inspired by God and has just as much authority, but is not God's Word because Jesus is God's word.

We should stop preaching the Bible to those that reject its authority and engage them as people, as friends. Not as mortal enemies bent on sending everyone to hell.

Jesus agrees with me that we should be reaching out to people on their level and treating them as people, it's called being loving. Preaching doom and gloom isn't.
