All truth CAN be proven. That's not the issue. People are free to accept or reject truth.

Even John had trouble grasping what he saw with his own eyes, since he lived in a pre-technological era.

What I know for certain is that "the wise" know that there are NOT your "5 kingdoms" in the Bible.

This is a quote from Isa 6:9,10.

Let's see how Luke quotes those 2 verses in Acts 28-
26 “ ‘Go to this people and say, “You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.”
27 For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’

I emphasized the key words to help you see the point. Isaiah was referring to people who had closed their eyes and ears, so they couldn't hear or see the truth.

That doesn't prove or even suggest that they were "never meant" to hear/see/believe.

What it shows is that those who reject God and don't want to hear would be given truth in parables.

Or, consider these verses:

2 Thess 2-
10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.
11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie

To refuse to "love the truth" is a choice that people make. So God sends them powerful delusions. Notice the order here.
