What to do?

Here I sit having drank a few beers watching the game. Now the wife's gone to work and I'm all alone and wondering what to do. I love the Lord very much but right I now feel like doing something I would regret later. What do I do, shoudn't of drank maybe, but I did, in my mid 40's and feeling like life is just passing me by. Later people.
