Wow, my only sleep problem is I don't like to sleep but realize it's necessary for the body.

My schedule is usually jampacked most days of the week. I exercise in one form or another almost every day. My diet is very healthy. When it isn't, I can have nightmares.

Clear your mind before going to bed. I'm guessing I'm still somewhat sleep deprived, so when I give my body the opportunity to sleep, it is very happy and I fall asleep usually less than a minute after going to bed.

I do not watch TV, turn on the radio or any of that stuff before I go to bed. The room is quiet, dark, and a comfortable temperature. The only times I have trouble falling asleep is if I am traveling -- strange city, strange bed, unfamiliarity. At that point, I just get up to do work.
