What all does God do for you? What does he give you?
2 Peter 1:
3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Go through the first three chapters of Ephesians. that is what God has done and 2:7 states He will spend the ages to come showing us the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness towards us ....that is something I cannot comprehend nor do I deserve....but I will take it. And I am excited to see what Gods idea and perception of exceeding riches of His grace might be...for the ages ages ages to come.
Eph 2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Elaboration of the Scriptures already posted.

God helps us in numerous ways everyday.

"A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." (Pro 17:22).
In "God's Prescription Book," written by a Christian neurosugeon, Dr Avery Jackson, there is a chapter on laughter. Among other benefits, a merry heart improves our immune system.

Psa 103; John 3:16

Another example
"My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." (Pro 4)

Eternal life by the resurrection of Jesus
Salvation by the death and blood of Jesus
Healing by the stripes of Jesus
Forgiveness by the faithfulness of Justness of Jesus
Redemption by Jesus being nailed to the cross
Needs met by being redeemed from the curse of the law
Authority over all the power of the enemy by His Name
Ability to overcome sin by the power of His life

Basically, everything is included in the atonement. There is nothing He left out. No need or grace exists outside of His atonement for us. We are saved in every way that we could ever be saved. He did it all.

On a personal level he protects my wife and I from violent encounters, He ensures we have enough of food, clothing and shelter. Spiritual nourishment is plentiful! :) We live at peace with everyone in as much as it's possible. Doors have been opened and all obstacles pushed out of the way. He has saved me from certain death multiple times in my life and prison as well - in my youth - multiple times - no other explanation for what transpired and I don't understand it yet to this day, decades removed from my lousy behavior.

Micah 6:7-8
7Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams,
Ten thousand rivers of oil?
Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression,
The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

8He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?

What all does God do for you? What does he give you?

- Well, He brought me into being and sustains my existence moment-by-moment. (Colossians 1:15-17; John 1:1-3; Acts 17:27-28)
- God gave His only Son, Jesus, as an atonement for my sin, through whom I can be reconciled to God and adopted into His eternal kingdom and family. (Colossians 2:1-14; Ephesians 1-2:10; John 3)
- God has sent His Spirit to live within me, giving to me all I need to be who God wants me to be, making me a vessel in whom and through whom He intends to communicate Himself, the Greatest Thing in All of Creation. (John 14:17; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; 1 John 4:13; Romans 8:9-14)
- God has given to me my various intellectual and physical capacities and my natural talents. (See above)
- God convicts me of sin, teaches me His truth, strengthens me in times of temptation and trial, comforts me in times of sorrow and pain, and transforms me into a person in whom Jesus may be clearly seen. (John 14:26; John 16:8-13; Ephesians 3:16; Philippians 2:13; Philippians 4:13; 1 Corinthians 2:10-16; 2 Corinthians 1:3-5; Galatians 5:22-23, 2 Corinthians 3:18)
- God provides for my needs materially. (Matthew 6:25-34)

And so on.

Why do ask?
