What supports the idea of a third temple prophecy?

What scriptural references support the idea of a third temple prophecy? Could they really refer to a bodily temple with which to carry the Holy Spirit?

Many hold that Scripture refers to a literal reconstruction of a future temple, but the majority believes that it refers to Christ. cf. Matthew 12:6 Luke 22:69 Luke 17:20 John 2:19-21
