Psalms was often set to music along with Lamentations. Music is very effective for many things in our lives.I find it seriously amazing how music can affect mood, thought and feelings. Playing that song has me wondering what it says in the Bible about music? Wrong thread maybe.. just curious because I can't think of any verses on music.
I saw a rendition of Lamentations being sung once. It was so so beautiful. Just a guttural yet gorgeous singing of them. It really touched my soul.It's something I've never thought about and I have no idea why? I know whatever music I listen to affects my mood.. just never thought about it. Incredibly interesting. I am going to read some Psalms tonight.
