(((Certainly. Come on and get in the boat.)))
Raleigh and I both backed away. "Listen," I said, "We're not looking for any trouble, and I'm sure we can avoid this somehow..."
"Not a chance, shorty," said a white, bearded giant about as tall as myself. He threw an empty, wooden crate at us.
Raleigh just screamed as I caught the crate. "All right," I replied, "but I did warn you."
I grabbed the giant's beard and pulled for all I was worth. He roared, falling to the ground. I was amased at the strength of this body, as I found myself holding a cluster of hair. Tossing it back to it's owner, I grabbed a couple of others and just held them in the air. "You really need better manners."
Raleigh told me that one of the smaller members of the group grabbed my leg at the time and hit me with some sort of electric shock. I don't know what happened as I toppled over onto a couple of others.
Raleigh, however, chose this time to take action. He ran in and tackeld the one that shocked me, knocking him cold. "All right," Raleigh said, but then added, "Aahh," as the two I had been holding tackled him.
