I learned what Vitamin K helps with its role in helping blood clot, or coagulate, properly. I have been learning more about nutrition, because I believe it's important for us to understand what our bodies need and make sure we are getting adequate amounts of nutrients.

I'm big on taking vitamins for their benefits, especially if I don't seem to absorb them from food sources.

I can't think of anything I learned today, though. There must have been something, but maybe I won't realise it until tomorrow!

I learned that, when boiling eggs, putting some salt into the water can prevent the eggs from cracking.
Also, leaving a car not used for several months can kill the battery, that's what happened to my car.

thank you for sharing, I did not know that, but I usually drive my car daily.

I learned that copying some text by hand repeatedly can help you memorize it.
Just copying some text by hand repeatedly alone -- it might sound unbelievable.

I learned that if I don't drive my car for 3 months or more, the battery would die. Its good to know this, but I learned it the hard way..
