RPG are my fav. Age of Empires is one of my all-time favorites, the only thing is no matter how many hours I devote to that game, I always get beat really bad online, LOL, never could progress past rook. Age of Mythology is cool too, but I get creamed even worse in that game.

awack... i didnt say i was any good in fact, i enjoy losing as much (or more) as winning, i really enjoy it when my civ (in AOE) is near anihilation, and then struggles back some... whether it works or not. (probably some freudian angle here, if anyone cares enough to dig).

Racing games for me. Gran Turismo series being my favorite. Can't wait till GT4 is out. The older Test Drive were good .

Some racing games (like Vice City, and GTA, a little bit of Midnight Racing) FPS (Halo...even though Ive never played it) Warcraft3, Starcraft type of games. And UT2003, Battlefield 1942! A couple more but now im going into more of competitive play against others.

I prefer RTS, FPS, and MMORPGs the most, but I also like fighting games.

Some of my favorite games include Everquest, Warcraft 3, Counter-strike, TFC, medal of honor, battlefield 1942, civilization 2, Tiverian sun firestorm, and DOOM!.

Personally like 2D action, like in Castlevania or Contra. I am an old school when it comes to gaming.
I am also a sucker for shooters like Rayden project and such, no time limit, no weapon limit, just shoot away.....

I am originally a platformer guy (then again, all classic gamers were basically), then moved to RPG during SNES days. However, I'm finding myself more attracted to FPSs now.

I like action/adventure. Strategy is generally too boring, except Pikmin was good.
