What is your favorite style of bending from Avatar?

I'm gona go with water. It's got a lot of substance, yet its so malleable to the user's will.

My style would lead me to water bending because I was a virtual fish growing up and I still love the water, but I'd still pick air bending for flight.

Im biased towards water style bending because ive spent alot of time on the sea, sailing and diving.

A close second would be fire bending...

Water and Earth bending, because they require the most creativity to use it. With air and fire its pretty straight forward, just shoot stuff.

I'm curious as to the possibility of blending the elements. Fire and Earth, for example, could be said to make something like Lava/Magma, Fire and Water make Steam, Water and Earth make Mud, Earth and Air make Dust, Fire and Air makes...?, Air and Water makes...?

Personal tendency would be water, since I've studied Tai Chi, though I probably wouldn't be opposed to Baguazhang either, from what I've seen

I'm not Katara's biggest fan (sorry, she annoys me at times) but I have to say waterbending. The style is beautiful, and if I were a bender, that's the kind I would want to be. Earthbending is a close second, though.
