I think my favorite is Amazing Grace, done by a Smoky Mountain Gospel group that performs it on hand made instruments. No singing, just the music, and played as a celebration of Christ. That is to say, about about twice the normal beat. I know the words and when I contemplate them, I often end up in tears.
