What is your favorite Final Fantasy game?

Mine is Final Fantasy VI (U.S. III). Its so involved and the storyline is great. You really start to feel for the characters.

4 (US II's isn't even the equivalent; we got the "easy type"...ick). I don't give much to those "fancy-shmancy" graphics of 7+.

Well I beat 1 and 2 and they were pretty cool but my favorites were probably 7, 8, 10, 10(2)

7 is my fave. out of all of the ff's it has the best storyline, best gameplay, best characters, best battle engine, and its the most fun
it doesnt have the greatest graphics, but its still a very enjoyable game, which has HHOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUURS of gameplay, and you could play it through again, and do things differently, plus the amount of sidequests is enough to keep enyone busy.. trust me, i completed ALL of them!! and by far the ruby and emerald weapons have been the best battles ive done. (only omega weapon in 8 compares to it)

Without a doubt...hands down Final Fantasy Tactics. The storyline was incredible, plot twists around every corner, and the battle system involved more than how fast you can press the X button to attack. One wrong move and the battle turns ugly. I've replayed FFT 10 times, so that's my record holder.

VII, far and above. It was THE reason I bought a PSX, and I was not disappointed. Definitely my all-time fav. game.

i definitely agree with you.

7 was...okay. i mean it was great, probably my 2nd favorite; but i played it twice maybe. not much replay value if you ask me. mostly cause all of the baggage...
i loved II and III. 3 more though...

I'll join the crowd... FFVII is my favorite. I haven't played the older games, though; only 7-10. Probably a big part of it is that FFVII was the first RPG I ever played.

umm try do everything in FF7, it will take much much longer than that
sufficient for me is 99 of every item (that you can get 99 of, without using the w-item trick) finish every sidequest, have every materia at master level. etc etc.. you get my drift? that is sufficient for me
