I believe there is a "catching up" at the coming of the Lord. However, I voted "no rapture" because any of the other options is like endorsing all of the other eschatological baggage that goes with the word "rapture" (an earthly nation with an earthly man, a temple in Israel, a literal battle of Armageddon, a 7-year "tribulation" a "covenant with Israel", etc.)

Bible readers know how to plagiarize ( steal ) the words from it and put those words into their own interpretations but unless they listen to the Voice of God and obey ALL His commandments, they will remain confused.
Deuteronomy 28
15: “But if you will not obey the voice of the Lord your God or be careful to do all his commandments which I command you this day, then all these curses shall come upon you and overtake you.
16: Cursed shall you be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the field.
17: Cursed shall be your basket and your kneading-trough.

When we combine these verses תִּפְאֶרֶת (t'p aretʰ) 'the Laurel tree' is depicted as The Tree of Life, from which a Crown of תִּפְאֶרֶת 'Glory' is woven.
In Revelations there are Seven awards given to those who are Victorious with our Faith, and the first prize is to eat of the Tree of Life which is located in the midst of Paradise;
"Whosoever has an ear, let them hear what the Spirit says unto the congregations;
To those who Overcome will I give to eat of the Tree of Life, which is in the midst of the paradise of Elohym." [Revelations 2:7]
The second prize awarded to those who are Victorious with our Faith is a Crown of Life, that no harm may come upon them by the second death;
"....be you Faithful unto death, and I will give you a Crown of Life.
Whosoever has an ear, let them hear what the Spirit says unto the congregations; those who Overcome shall not be hurt by the second death." [Revelations 2:10-11]
The word 'Overcome' pertains to 'Conviction ' i.e., faith without doubt, and pertains to demonstrating one's faith, as evidence of one's faith;
"For whatsoever is born of Elohym Overcomes the world: and this is the Victory that Overcomes the world, even our faith." [1st John 5:4]

Are you ready to hear what the Tree of Life is? It's much different than what any of us thought it would be. To understand it, one must understand exactly what the Beast is and why it was used to reveal the Tree of Life. I can't share this knowledge in this forum because I've already been warned by the moderators of preaching and proselytizing which is impossible to do in the spiritual realm because we're all connected by Spirit so there's nothing to join.

From what I can make out, people have been prophecying the return of Jesus, and the end of the world, in every year since He was crucified. Accordingly, obviously, they have so far failed, and I am completely unimpressed.

So, is the Bible true, or only true to people who are prepared to be flexible about what truth is? (ie., 1000 equals 100, or 1000, or 10,000, or just some indeterminate big number?)

The world is filled with false prophets but there is only one true Gospel of God that can teach you everything about the future. The pagan false gospels do not contain any knowledge about the Beast or what will happen on the day of the Lord. They do not teach what is "spiritual" and what is earthly that will be destroyed on the day of the Lord. Those false gospels cannot teach you how we'll experience life on the New Earth with a New Heaven that doesn't contain Lucifer and the Beast.

The Bible has deceived every single reader who has ever read it. The more a reader studies the scriptures, the more deceived they will get. Only the Holy Spirit of God can teach you the deep knowledge called Christ but you have to wait until you hear His Voice calling you within your MIND.

The scriptures declare the survivors are those who go under ground, afterwards resurface, and find themselves walking upon the ashes of the wicked.

Only the illusions will burn away from our created MINDS that were formed from information called Satan and the Beast. Never again will we observe images that deceive us as being evil with evil thoughts and we will never build any false gods with our human hands. This will eliminate the need for time clocks. LOL !!!!

Without two faithful witnesses there is no true faith to establish, it is the Spirit of Truth (Grace) that brings us to the Word, and teaches us everything;
Yet when one has the Father in them, no preacher is allowed to minister therein;
Immanuel described our doctrine as the Torah, and the Testimony of his Disciples, aka the New, and Old Testaments;
He also stated hat, if one does not speak according to the Torah and Testimony of his Disciples then it is because there is no 'light' שחר (sʰəkʰər) 'rising or falling' upon them.
The Word is Flawless, the translations of the Scribes is questionable because Y'shua has condemned such as sit in the seat of Mosʰé hypocritically.

There are few chosen servants who actually speak for God called the Gospel of God so that God's chosen believers can connect and learn some deeper knowledge before the day of the Lord clears the MINDS OF MEN and a New Earth appears with new bodies for Created Men to enjoy New worlds with.

If I had to pick an end time date I would go with the scientist, Isaac Newton...
And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half. Daniel 12:7
From a folio cataloged as Yahuda MS 7.3g, f. 13v:
"So then the time times & half a time are 42 months or 1260 days or three years & an half, reckoning twelve months to a year & 30 days to a month as was done in the Calendar of the primitive year. And the days of short lived Beasts being put for the years of lived kingdoms, the period of 1260 days, if dated from the complete conquest of the three kings A.C. 800, will end A.C. 2060." - Isaac Newton
As Charlemagne was crowned king on December 25, 800 by Pope Leo the III so the day of Christ's coming will be on Christmas Day, 2060. If the rapture of the saints (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17) occurs seven years before the time of Christs coming the date of the rapture 12.25 2053. However Isaac Newton notes

This I mention not to assert when the time of the end shall be, but to put a stop to the rash conjectures of fancifull men who are frequently predicting the time of the end, & by doing so bring the sacred prophesies into discredit as often as their predictions fail.
