It could be tied to the house, which is why I asked about the history of it. Though the activity you mention sounds a bit more intense than just the ghost of Farmer John visiting you to ensure that you know the house used to be his.

While I know you're not thrilled with the idea of going back up to the attic, I'm somewhat curious to know what that picture was that you saw, as it might shed light on what's going on. Maybe wait to go back up there till you've got some friends over there with you, just to be safe and for the moral support.

Also, I wonder if a team of paranormal investigators could help nail down what's up with all this.

In the meantime, I'd be tempted to play Christian praise music on my stereo just to annoy the daylights out of the entity / entities that are harassing you, if not drive them out completely. Then again, I don't know if that would just escalate things. The playing of praise music is just something I've always considered doing if I ever found myself in a similar situation.

I tried to take authority over these things, they don't listen too good. They'll probably just shut the music off, it feels like it isn't my house anymore. I'll call my friends up, they seem to have a direct pipeline to God. I don't know if it'll be disturbing or not, I'll be praying that it isn't insanely creepy.

Alright. So we went to the attic, and we heard what sounded like a train whistle, echoey and hollow. As for the note? Empty. A yellow rotting blank note. It had something on it when that creature charged at me.

I don't really know how to put it, please don't think i'm crazy, but I think my house is haunted. I reached for my tv remote, and it was flung out the window. I went outside to get it, and when I came back inside, I started to watch TV. I heard a rustling sound from my bed, and the light seemed to be bent, like heated air. Everything in my bedroom was on the floor and it looked like the Tasmanian devil from Looney toons was in there. That night, it felt like I was being held down. I was awake, because I felt everything. I couldn't get up with all of my might, mind you I can lift a sleeper sofa alone, and bend metal easily. I couldn't get up no matter how hard I tried. In the morning, I could move, but had these wicked scratch marks and it looked like red eyes in my closet. I made some cereal, shaking in fear, and heard the creepiest thing in my life. "Come to the attic or don't go anywhere at all". I obeyed, and there was a picture on a vent up there. Then an outline of a tall and contorted man with the light twisted inside the outline ran at me. I have no idea what's going on in my house.

I don't think you're crazy, but you're imagining stuff. Please seek a professional opinion about this. Psychologist / psychiatrist. It's no shame, it does not mean you're crazy.

Well, I got a painting of a crow on a basket, had a visitor, he left, an hour later I was reading when suddenly the tv turned on and the remote wasn't anywhere near me. I thought that was odd, but just took it as a little malfunction.

Get the painting out of your house and see if things calm down any. Demonic spirits can attach themselves to objects.
