What is the difference between the kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of God?

Matthew was the only one who used the term kingdom of heaven, Matthew 13:
11 He replied, “You have been given the opportunity to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but they have not."

The parallel account in Mark 4:
11 He said to them, “The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those outside, everything is in parables."

Another parallel account in Luke 8:
10 He said, “You have been given the opportunity to know the secrets of the kingdom of God, but for others they are in parables, so that although they see they may not see, and although they hear they may not understand.

Both terms mean the same thing. Even in English today, some people say "good Heavens"; some say "good God". Macmillan:
good Heavens/Lord/God/grief/gracious
used for showing that you are very surprised, angry, or upset

Even within the gospel of Matthew, he used the terms interchangeably 19:
23 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “I tell you the truth, it will be hard for a rich person to enter the kingdom of heaven! 19:24 Again I say, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter into the kingdom of God.”

The terms kingdom of heaven and kingdom of God are interchangeable.

You made a claim: There are 14 appellations for the gospel (kingdom of) in the NT.

So what are these 14 appellations?
If you're thinkin' that's the way to deal with me, think again.

If you're interested in learning, you will look them up.

If you're not, you're wasting my time.

But you want me to find the answer for your claim? Is that what you are saying? That's a new one for me :)

If you're not interested in the information, that works for me.

If the guy refuses to find the answer to the claim, label him as not interested.
Another new one :)

The kingdom of heaven / household of God is when we trade the gifts unvetoed to strengthen each others' integrity (being made in God's image) in a contingent universe.

The letter of James, Prov 31: 10-21, Is 55, 58, 61, Jesus' parables and the feedings of the thousands refer.

(Partly edited approx 26 minutes after first replying, I don't know why I chose parts of former wording, or why I'm editing it. My first two paragraphs above stand at any rate.)

Good research.
Why the 'kingdom of heaven', and the 'kingdom of God' is an interesting question also.
