Agreed. I think of that verse that says that we "see in a mirror dimly." I swear, the "God" that some people think they see is really of little interest to me.

I'm jumping to the end as I've no real desire to debate denominational beliefs. I fully understand your last sentence at least through my own filters. I'll proceed from it as a base and replace "God" with "Christianity." For your verse reference I'll add "until we all come to the unity of the faith..."

The Body of Christ is the true church existing in the spiritual realm but manifesting in the physical realm.

We are the Tabernacle of God. The letter B represents a tent and Jesus is the door keeper. God dwells in us.
