Actually I did all that. Is not informing you of that work a problem to or for you. I did not tell you of that work, but I started it and then soon realized that to actually solve that problem is a lot of work, and I needed to know how important it is or was to solve that problem.

In life, I only work on things that count, normally. I also do not work on problems other people can solve better than I can. I also do not work on problems that I cannot solve, or think I cannot solve.

On the last item of not working on problems that I cannot solve or think I cannot solve. I have been more than once assigned to work on them anyway. In all cases I did solve them. That surprised me.

What surprised me even more, is my assignors, seemed to expect me to be able to solve those problems, even when I was sure they were wrong.

Now, I did all you asked, plus suspected you were wrong and did not go further. Does that mean I have no confimation bias and I passed your test for that or not?

In the mean time, have you answered my question yet?

Science cannot test for a God. Therefore, science is not particularly useful.

As for testing for God, anyone can pray and potentially receive an answer. People who do often share this experience. I believe this is called "witnessing." Perhaps if enough people witness to you, you may feel that it's worth trying it for yourself. Then perhaps you will get a personal answer from God or perhaps not. Who can say?

How did you determine that drugs don't work?

I'm not talking about drugs. What does any of this have to do with drugs? I am not able to determine whether drugs work. Therefore, if the drug is inexpensive (such as Paracetamol), and its claimed benefits are large (such as alleviating a headache) then I take that drug because the advantages if I'm right (no headache) far outweigh the disdvantages when I'm wrong (I waste S/.0,20 and still have a headache).

Well, you think you solved them, at least. Sir Isaac Newton thought he had solved the problem of universal gravitation. Centuries after his death, we found out that his solution did not accurately predict the precession of Mercury. So even though everyone thought he was right, he wasn't.

I doubt it. However, should you wish to specify exactly which logical fallacy you think I am committing, I would be pleased to correct you.

Additionally, I note that the list is hardly comprehensive. It doesn't include, for example, affirming the consequent or denying the antecedent, both of which are formal logical fallacies.
