Roads and buildings can be done without approval- permits or epa etc.
Not exactly. Construction still requires permits, but since Disney is the government in Reedy Creek, they approve those permits themselves. And they're still subject to state and federal regulations (like EPA requirements).

From my understanding (which is limited, lol) the state law makers D&R enact legislation for the people of fla. but it does not effect Disney (Laws for thee not for me ). However, Disney has a lot of lobbyists extracting political favors too. So, and end to this privileged existence for Disney.
While I'm sure that there are plenty of "Disney Exceptions" written into Florida laws, those have nothing to do with the Reedy Creek special tax district.

He pulled himself up by his bootstraps and became a job creator, and then it trickled down to him.
I was just pointing out he gets his money from Facebook. Not saying there's anything wrong with that

what do you mean by political contribution?

contribution to Democrat party? why would they do that?
Actually from what I've read the majority of donations Disney has made to Florida politicians have been to Republican candidates.

Primarily because Republicans hold more pertinent offices.

"according to the CBS source, Disney merely "criticized" the new bill which Florida recently passed," yeah I watched the left say what he did was take a play right out of Putin play book. Oh that was not all said far more and some were just.. awful. Odd that does not get shared hmm. Now some love the fact that people voted and Biden is now president and president Trump is out. I don't think RON did all this by himself. I saw them vote and seems its what they wanted.

so and so said they the people will have to pay more taxes.. so and so said they will not have to.. blah blah blah. Well its not worth talking about if we only look at ONE source. No offense
