What Is Our Task?

One thing is "Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;" II COR 10:5

We're to take every thought captive.. When I first read that Scripture, I thought I can't. But even that thought is against Scripture . So learned I can with God's help. We replace some thoughts with Scripture.

This is so important, thank you for reminding me of this.

It occurred to me while revisiting these reminders coming down from tturt, of Christ's strength to do these things while we ourselves are incapable.

For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His

(Hebrews 4:10)
